CAMERON ROBB, President and CEO, Director

Cameron Robb co-founded PetsMobility in June 2004 and has been acting Chief Executive Officer for both PetsMobility and On4™ Communications, Inc. Through the development of key partnerships, Cameron is striving to make On4™ a business leader in the Location Based Service industry. Prior to On4™ Communications, Cameron worked as an executive management consultant for both private and publicly held companies reporting on the NYSE in diverse industries such as Entertainment, Technology, Energy, and Consumer Products. His expertise with helping companies acquire financing, build International Sales programs and create innovative marketing strategies has enabled them to become more successful. Cameron has previously held the position of CEO/President and Co-founder of a North American entertainment and licensing company where he was instrumental in evolving the company's brand and increasing sales revenue over an eight-year period. He has assisted companies with financing, developed International Sales Programs, created innovative marketing strategies, and has helped develop several corporations into successful businesses. Currently Cameron serves as a Board Member for On4™ Communications and is an Advisory Board Member for several companies, including the Canada Arizona Business Council. He is also a proud mentor to Arizona State University students under their Technopolis Program, which was established to help ASU become a more responsive and entrepreneurial university.

TROY RICE, Chief Financial Officer

Troy Rice is a financial executive with over twenty years of corporate experience. In addition to having served as Chief Financial Officer in several companies he has held other executive positions, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of CIBT Education Group, Inc. (TSXV: MBA), where he continues to serve as their Director. Troy previously served as Senior Vice President, Business Development at Universal Technical Institute (NYSE: UTI), Vice President, Special Projects at Petsmart, Inc. (NASDAQ: PETM), and Senior Vice President at Comfort Systems USA (NYSE: FIX). Troy began his career as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche. In addition to having been a member of the Board of Directors of CIBT Education Group, Inc., he is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Arizona Heart Innovative Technologies, Inc. a private company based in Arizona. His philanthropic activities include service on the Fiesta Bowl Committee, United Way Allocations Committee, and Actors Lab Board of Directors. Troy has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1987. He holds an MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting Honors degree from the University of Iowa.

ED AARONSON, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Ed has been a Vice President for Sprint/Nextel, a leading provider of wireless and wireline communications services for consumers, businesses and government users, over the last 12 year period. For the past 3 years, Ed was a Vice President for the Desert Mountain Area of Sprint Nextel which oversaw the 5 market Desert Mountain Area (including Arizona, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and El Paso). His responsibilities for the area include P&L, all sales and distribution channels and local marketing programs. Ed’s previous positions within Sprint include: Vice President of Emerging & Mid-Markets for the Southeast Region, Vice President of Business Sales for the Southeast Region for the PCS Division of Sprint, Vice President of National Account Sales for the PCS Division of Sprint, & Area Vice President for Sprint PCS responsible for field operations in Arizona and New Mexico. Prior to joining Sprint PCS, Ed spent over 11 years in positions of increasing responsibility within GTE. He joined GTE in 1984 and held various executive posts including, Vice President and General Manager of GTE Inter Carrier Service Bureau and Area General Manager in GTE Mobility (PCS) Personal Communications Group. Ed has authored articles in industry publications including Cellular Business Magazine and has been invited to speak at various telecommunication forums including Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) events and the National Communications forum. Ed was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the McIntyre School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Ed is a current member of the Fiesta Bowl committee and serves on the board of directors the Brandon Webb K Foundation as well as being active with youth sports.

GORDON C. JESSOP, DIPL.T., B.A., R.I. (BC), Executive Vice President Corporate Development, Director

Mr. Jessop possesses over 20 years of management experience accompanied with relevant post secondary education as a Financial and Business Analyst. He has degrees and/or diplomas from Simon Fraser University, University of British Columbia and the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Jessop has held senior management positions with major Canadian Lending Institutions and GE Capital Insurance. He has extensive practical experience in economic analysis, risk assessment, project financing, internet revenue modeling, interactive web site design as well as developing business/revenue models for a variety of companies and business ventures in such diversified industries as: Energy Technology, Retail Grocery, E-commerce, Television and Education. He has also been responsible for the design, research and implementation of both corporate strategic initiatives and consumer products. Gordon joined PetsMobility Network, Inc. a Canadian based company in 2004 and then became a founder in both PetsMobility, Inc. (March 2006) and On4™ Communications, Inc. (June 2006) in the U.S. whose primary focus has been to provide Location Based Services (LBS) to the pet marketplace. Gordon has been acting as President of both organizations since their inception.

TOM NICCOLI, Executive VP, Corporate Administration, Director

Tom is a senior take-charge executive with twenty five years of leadership experience with prior CEO & COO background in both public and private enterprises. A veteran computer industry “franchisee” executive, Mr. Niccoli left IBM’s General Systems Division in 1978 as a Systems Analyst to found a franchise retail computer organization. He built that organization into the largest Computerland franchise operation in the world. Less than ten years from its inception, DataPhaz, Inc. operated Computerland stores in five southwestern states and produced revenues exceeding $120 million per year. Mr. Niccoli founded DataPhaz and served as its President and CEO from 1978 through April of 1991. He took the company public in 1987 (NASDAQ - DPHZ) thru a regional brokerage firm called Sutro. In 1994, Mr. Niccoli, Founder of USWeb Phoenix (NetPhaz LLC), acted as it’s President and COO for 1 year, building the organization to over 20 people with an annual run rate of over $6M in sales. He then had the opportunity to join and help lead a group of 14 west coast franchisees along with the franchisor to complete an IPO in 1997 (NASDAQ - USWB) thru the brokerage firm of Hambrecht and Quest. From June of 1997, to March of 2001, Mr. Niccoli continued at USWeb as a General Partner in the firm and managing the Phoenix Office. In May of 2003, Mr. Niccoli helped found Omnilink Systems, a Location Based Services (LBS) company focusing on the offender market. Mr. Niccoli helped raise over $6.0M for the business and acted as its COO thru March of 2006 as the decision was made to locate the main headquarters for the business in Atlanta, GA. In April of 2006, Mr. Niccoli helped found On4™ Communication, Inc., a Location Based Services (LBS) company focusing on the pet market. Mr. Niccoli helped raise over $2.5M in funding and continues to act as the Company’s COO. Mr. Niccoli has been a member of the local chapter of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) since 1984 and has been a member of the World President’s Organization (WPO). He continues to be an active member of the charitable arm of the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, the Phoenix Thunderbirds, since 1987. Mr. Niccoli has served on several Boards and Advisory Committees for local organizations over the last several years.

SHANE GRAY, Product Manager

Shane has a very strong telecommunications, wireless data and entrepreneurial background. He was a senior telecom sales manager with Telus Mobility, responsible for data sales and vendor partner management. Part of the scope of his work included new partner relationships within the CDMA and CDPD portfolios. Shane successfully introduced the first mobile ATM machines in Canada on BC Ferries and the first handheld credit card devices through VanCity Savings Credit Union and eventually the Royal Bank of Canada. After five years with TELUS he was recruited by Soft Tracks Enterprises to build the telecom and banking distribution and sales channels. Soft Tracks produced mobile credit and debit software for wireless payment devices. Shane established, trained and managed a network of telecom dealerships in North America, working closely with Bell and MTS.

ROBERT J. THOMPSON, C.A., C.M.C – Chairman of the Board

Mr. Thompson has a distinguished business and consulting career that spans over 40 years. Mr. Thompson is the President of Corpus Investments Inc., a private holding company that manages investments in a wide range of enterprises. Mr. Thompson was formerly Chairman of the Board of C.M. Oliver Inc., a Canadian regulated, publicly traded investment dealer/broker. Previously, Mr. Thompson practiced as a Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Consultant. He was a Senior Partner of Peat Marwick & Partners, Woods Gordon/Clarkson Gordon (Arthur Young & Co.) and Ernst & Whinney. At present Mr. Thompson is Chairman of the Board of QuoteMedia Inc. (OTCBB: QMCI) and is also a Director of several privately owned corporations including Algae Biosciences Corporation, On4™ Communications Inc. and BIMSI Marketing Services Inc. Mr. Thompson also serves as a member of the Board of the Canada Arizona Business Council.
